Using setCapture() and releaseCapture() will make IE 8 work as well as other browsers. But how do we test it? Our tests’ simulated events work perfectly—it’s real user input that has the problem—and the Capture API doesn’t affect simulated events anyway. How can we possibly test an invisible difference?
