The first attempt to integrate node-static was an utter failure. We try again with a focus on working incrementally. It still doesn’t work. Over an hour later (off-camera, thank goodness), I’ve figured it out. Node-static doesn’t support our use case. Aaarararrrgggghghhhh!! This is the exact problem with third-party code.
